Our Story
Eight years at the bench
Knockout Belts started in 2018 with a simple frustration: the championship belts available to fans and promotions were either licensed pieces nobody could afford, or thin imports that fell apart after a season.
So we built our own. We set up a workshop in Sialkot — the Pakistani city that has supplied the world's sporting goods for over a century — and spent eight years learning the craft properly. Plate casting. Metal finishing. Leatherwork. Hand assembly.
Everything we sell is designed by us and made by us. When you hold one of our belts, you are holding work from the same bench where it was drawn.
How a Belt Is Made
From sketch to shoulder
Design
Every belt begins as a drawing. We shape the plate silhouette, the detailing and the layout from scratch — never traced from someone else's work.
Plate Work
Plates are cast, cut and finished by hand. Edges are filed smooth, surfaces polished, and the finish applied in layers until the depth is right.
Leather & Strap
The strap is cut, shaped and burnished to sit properly on a shoulder. Snaps and hardware are set so the belt holds its form instead of sagging.
Final Assembly
Plates are mounted, alignment is checked by eye and by hand, and the finished belt is inspected before it is packed and shipped.

Originals, not reproductions
There is a reason our catalogue looks nothing like anyone else's. We do not reproduce the designs of existing promotions or brands — we draw our own.
That means what you buy is genuinely yours to display, gift, award or wear, without borrowing someone else's name to do it.
